Enrolment/Interest Form

Good day and thank you for exploring continuing with your learning journey with Key Tuition Derby.

We aim to build on the amazing legacy Dave and Sue have left.

Due to GDPR, no data can be transferred without your consent. We therefore want to ask if you can please fill in the form below to indicate if you would like to re-enrol your child/ren for September OR if you are not sure, please fill in and choose the option to stay in contact. 

Everyone who enrols for the next academic year by the 31st July 2025 will receive their first lesson in September for free as a thank you and welcome back gift. The fees will stay £35 per lesson and is payable weekly, monthly or termly ( pay for 13 receive 14 lessons). We should still be able to take childcare vouchers, tax credits, HMRC tax free childcare. We are moving away from cash payments for logistical reasons but please e-mail us if this is absolutely the only way you are able to pay

The following teachers will continue in September: Colin, Helen, Shannon & David. We also have new lovely teachers starting and  a secondary Science teacher too! Please indicate on the form your current teacher, day and time and also if you wish to stay at that timeslot. We will allocate on a first come basis.

The current timetable for September is: 

Monday: 4-5pm and 5:15-6:15  Sec Maths (Colin), Sec English (David), Primary (Jane) ( 6:30-7:30 pm to open up in future)

Tuesday: 4-5pm and 5:15-6:15  Sec Maths (Colin), Sec English ( if enough demand),  4-5pm and 5:30-6:30 Primary (Shannon) 

Wednesday: 4-5pm and 5:15-6:15  Sec Maths (Davian) Sec English (Maria), ( 6:30-7:30 pm to open up in future) 4-5pm and 5:30-6:30 Primary (Shannon), 4-5pm Primary (Helen) online.

Thursday: 4-5pm and 5:15-6:15  Sec Maths (Colin), Sec English (David), 4-5pm and 5:30-6:30 Primary (Helen) ( 6:30-7:30pm Sec English to open up in future)

Friday: 4-5pm and 5:15-6:15  Sec Maths (If enough Demand),  4-5pm and 5:30-6:30 Primary (Helen) 

Saturday: 9:30-10:30 am and 10:45-11:45 Sec Maths (Colin),  9:30-10:30 am and 10:45-11:45 and 12:00-1:00 Sec Maths (Davian), Primary (Jane)

We have been helping children for 20 years succeed and build confidence and look forward to carrying on with the amazing work Sue, Dave and their team have done in Derby. I have made a short video below as way of introducing myself too.

I have already met a few lovely parents during the last week and new teachers also attended the sessions they will be taking over where they met the children and got a good handover from the teachers.

Once you fill in the interest form you will receive an e-mail with more information and how to pay the deposit or register your childcare vouchers or  universal credits.
